Dictation
Using state-of-the-art technology and proven conventional methods, TransHealth has the ability to capture your dictation from any system you are currently using. Or we can provide the use of our central dictation system accessed via remote telephone and the Internet. We can receive from:

Our dictation system
If you use TransHealth’s central dictation system, we provide toll-free access 24 hours a day and assign each physician a personal identification access number and greeting. Our goal is to mirror the system your physicians are currently using, matching ID numbers, prompt sequence, keypad functions and other features.

Transcription
Our proprietary operating platform allows us to interface seamlessly with a wide array of hospital information systems, matching reports to patient demographic data. We support:

Delivery
We deliver transcribed reports with just about any method and in virtually any format, including:

• Printing on-site at your facility
• Faxing copies directly to your physicians
• Importing HL­7 XML formatted documents directly into your medical records/hospital software
• Transcribing directly into your medical records software
• Scheduled e-mail delivery
• Secure, encrypted Internet download via HTTPS and FTP
• Custom-designed reports with your facility logo (if desired)
